    Breakfast Pizza

    List of Ingredients

    Makes 6 servings. Let the kids add ingredients that they like, and they will be more likely to eat this without a fuss. Pieces can be frozen and popped in the microwave for a quick school-day breakfast.

    1 Pizza crust
    4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, grated
    red and green pepper rings
    4 Eggs
    3/4 cup Milk
    Salt and Pepper, to taste
    sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch disks

    Prepare your favorite pizza crust; preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Beat eggs lightly. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix gently. Lightly brush oil over the pizza base and pour mixture over the crust. Place rings of pepper over the top.

    You can also include onion rings, mushrooms, tomatos, or other favorite pizza toppings. Be creative! The color contrast helps here, as the egg mixture is rather plain looking.

    Bake at 450 degrees for about 15-20 mins, or when crust is brown and egg mixture is set.
