Vegetable Bowls
A green, yellow, or red pepper
Celery
Carrots
Small broccoli pieces
Your favorite creamy salad dressing
Cut the pepper in half (from side to side). Clean out the seeds from the inside. One will be your bowl.
Cut the other half of the pepper into thin slices. Peel the carrot and cut them and celery into sticks about 4" long.
Put a little salad dressing in the bottom of your pepper bowl and add celery sticks, carrot sticks, pepper slices, and broccoli.
