    Reuben Casserole

    5 slices rye bread
    15-oz can sauerkraut, drained
    12 oz. corned beef, cut into 2-inch slices
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, cut into strips as above
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing

    Break up 2 slices rye bread into 1" cubes and place a layer on bottom of casserole dish sprayed with Pam or
    other cooking spray. Cover with half the sauerkraut, half the corned beef slices, half the cheese, and 3 or 4
    slices of tomato. Cover with 1/4 cup TI dressing.

    Repeat layers and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Top with remaining rye bread cubes, and
    bake, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes. Serve warm.
