Melt-in-your-Mouth Crockpot Pork Chops
These fall of the bone - now that is tender! People I know that don't like conventionally prepared pork chops love these... including me. Easy too!
4 pork chops
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs flour
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat pork chops with flour mixture. Place in bottom of crockpot. Top with soup (not mixed with any water).
Cook on low 7-8 hrs (or high for 5-6 hrs), until pork chops are tender and no pink remains.
