    Easy Raspberry Dream Coffee Cake

    4 oz cream cheese
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    2 cups biscuit mix
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup raspberry jam

    Glaze:
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 1/2 Tbs milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    Cut the cream cheese and butter into biscuit mix until crumbly. Stir in milk and turn onto a floured surface. Knead 8-10 times.

    On waxed or parchment paper, roll out a 12 x 8-inch rectangle and invert onto a greased baking sheet. Remove paper.

    Spread jam down center of the dough and snip 2-inch long cuts down the long side; fold strips over filling.

    Bake in a 375 F-degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle glaze over cake and serve warm.
