    Strawberry Pecan Quickbread

    Great with milk! It can be used as a breakfast food, sliced and toasted, or as a quick dessert, topped with butter.

    3 cups Flour
    2 cups Sugar
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Salt
    20 oz Strawberries, fresh or thawed
    3/4 cup Pecan pieces
    3/4 cup Milk chocolate chips (optional)
    1 c Vegetable oil
    4 Eggs

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Combine dry ingredients; mix well.

    Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour all liquid ingredients into it. Mix well and pour mixture into pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
