    Broccoli Salad

    4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
    1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
    8 slices bacon, crumbled
    2/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated or cubed

    Dressing:

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tsp cider vinegar

    Combine broccoli, onion, and bacon in a bowl. Whisk mayonaisse, sugar, and vinegar together in another bowl. Pour over salad and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
