Grilled Breakfast "Pizza"
If you don't have a George Foreman gril, turn off the computer and go out and buy one - now!! It's the best investment I ever made in the kitchen, and I am always looking for more recipes that I can make in it.
I made this quick accompaniment to supper one night when I realized that our garlic bread had gone bad, and I still had a craving for it. This turned out to be a regular for me. I even make ot for breakfest sometimes.
2 slices whole wheat bread
butter
garlic salt
2 slices of tomato, about 1/4-inch thick
frozen spinach
2 slices of muenster cheese
Place buttered bread on hot grill and lightly toast (about 30 seconds). Sprinkle with garlic salt, and top with tomato, then spinach. Grill another 2 minutes. Top with slice of cheese and grill about 1 minute more. Deleicious!!
