Janet's Salsa Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 1 package Stove Top Cornmeal Stuffing Mix
- 4 chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 1/2 cup of Salsa (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, or combination of both
- 1/4 cup fresh minced cilantro leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Make stuffing mix according to directions, but do not cook. Grease a square baking dish. Put stuffing in baking pan. Place chicken breasts on top of stuffing. Pour salsa on top of chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese and bake until cheese melts. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves, if desired.
