    Seared Tuna with Pineapple Salsa

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound very fresh tuna (sushi grade)
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • fresh lemon juice
    • Pineapple Salsa
    • thinly sliced green onions
    • minced fresh cilantro leaves, optional


    Instructions


    1. Heat grill until very hot. Brush both sides of tuna with olive oil. Place tuna on grill and cook for 1 minute and turn. Cook for one more minute and remove tuna to a plate. Spoon room temperature Pineapple Salsa onto fish. Sprinkle with thinly sliced green onions and cilantro if desired. Serve immediately, with more Pineapple Salsa if desired.
