Seared Tuna with Pineapple Salsa

- 1 pound very fresh tuna (sushi grade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- fresh lemon juice
- Pineapple Salsa
- thinly sliced green onions
- minced fresh cilantro leaves, optional
Instructions
- Heat grill until very hot. Brush both sides of tuna with olive oil. Place tuna on grill and cook for 1 minute and turn. Cook for one more minute and remove tuna to a plate. Spoon room temperature Pineapple Salsa onto fish. Sprinkle with thinly sliced green onions and cilantro if desired. Serve immediately, with more Pineapple Salsa if desired.
