    Shrimp and Rice

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 sweet yellow onion, chopped
    • 1 can mild Rotel tomatoes
    • 8-10 large shrimp, cleaned
    • sea salt/pepper
    • white rice, cooked


    Instructions


    1. Run the Rotel tomatoes through a food processor and pour into a pot. Cook chopped bell pepper and onions in the tomates until just tender. Add raw, cleaned shrimp and cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked rice.



    Final Comments


    If you like a spicier dish use regular or hot Rotel tomatoes.
