Salmon Cakes

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 C. craker crumbs
- 1/2 C. green onions, chopped fine
- 2-6 oz. cans salmon, drained, no skin or bones
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed
- 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed a bit
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and shap into 15 small patties. Heat oil and smashed garlic then fry patties in the oil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Flip to fry the other side for about 5 to 8 more minutes. Set on paper towel to drain any excess oil.
