    Salmon Cakes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C. craker crumbs
    • 1/2 C. green onions, chopped fine
    • 2-6 oz. cans salmon, drained, no skin or bones
    • 2 eggs, beaten slightly
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    • 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 1/8 tsp. paprika
    • 1/8 tsp. celery seed
    • 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed a bit
    • oil for frying


    Instructions


    1. Mix together all ingredients and shap into 15 small patties. Heat oil and smashed garlic then fry patties in the oil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Flip to fry the other side for about 5 to 8 more minutes. Set on paper towel to drain any excess oil.
