    Southwestern Shrimp Saute

    Grandma (Espie Vallee)


    List of Ingredients


    • Shrimp
    • onion, sliced
    • bell pepper, sliced
    • butter
    • Pace Picante Sauce


    Instructions


    1. Boil shrimp until done. Drain, peel and clean. Saute onions and bell pepper in butter. When just tender add shrimp and Pace Picante Sauce. Cook till heated through.

    2. Serve over rice or on toast rounds.
