Mabon- Rutabaga and Apples

List of Ingredients
- 3 C. rutabaga, sliced in 1/4 inch slices
- 2 small granny smith apples, sliced in 1/4 inch slices
- 6 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. unsalted butter
Instructions
- Cook rutabaga in boiling salt water until fork tender. Drain and arrange half of the slices in a buttered casserole dish. Top with half of the apple slices. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degree F.
