1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Low Fat Mayonnaise
Dressing, you may substitute Just 2 Good! Mayonnaise Dressing
1/4 cup prepared chunky salsa
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
3/4 cup Millers cheddar cheese (about 3 oz.)
Recipe
1. In small bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise and salsa. Evenly spread three tortillas with tuna mixture; top with cheese, then remaining tortillas.
2. In 12-inch skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook quesadillas over medium heat, one at a time, until
lightly golden and cheese is melted, turning once. Cut into triangles and serve, if desired, with shredded lettuce and additional salsa.
