    HERBED LEMON CHICKEN BREASTS

    Mrs dash spice blends

    Makes 6 Servings
    Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes
    Cooking Time: 30 to 35 minutes
    You can use any spice blends you prefer they don't have to be mrs dash i use it because it's one of my favorites.

    List of Ingredients




    6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves, or chicken cutlets
    1/3 cup al-purpose flour,
    2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Blend,
    1 Tablespoon margarine,
    1 medium fresh lemon, 1 Tablespoon brown sugar,
    1 cup low sodium chicken stock

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375F. Pat chicken breasts dry, place flour and Mrs. Dash Lemon and Herb in a plate and mix thoroughly. Heat margarine in a large skillet, dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture and add chicken to skillet. Brown chicken on both sides, about 3 minutes each. Place breasts in a large casserole dish. Remove zest from one lemon, squeeze juice from lemon and mix with chicken stock. Pour over chicken and bake for 30-35 minutes or until breasts are cooked.
