    Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves,
    4 tbsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning,
    1 cup bread crumbs, ,
    2 Tablespoons good quality olive oil,
    1/4 cup lemon juice

    Recipe



    Instructions:

    Cut chicken breasts in half to make thinner fillets (or pound to 1/2 thickness). Combine Mrs. Dash, and bread crumbs. Roll chicken breasts in mixture. Heat olive oil in large frying pan and add chicken breasts. Season to taste with Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning. Saute until golden brown. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on chicken. Serve alone or over pasta or rice.
