2-1/2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered

1/4 cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise

3/4 teaspoon dried rubbed sage, you may substitute
rosemary

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper









Recipe



1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Turn onto large baking sheet.

3. Roast potatoes 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
