This recipe was from a quaint hotel diner owned by a British couple on a cove north of Carins Australia.





List of Ingredients



• loaf of baguette bread
  
• Presto
  
• Roma Tomatoes
  
• Salt & Pepper
  






Instructions



1. Slice the baquette diagionally. Brush lightly with olive oil.
   
2. Place under the broiler until toasted. Remove from broiler. Let cool slightly.
   
3. Spread with the pesto. Add chopped tomatoes and salt & pepper to taste.
