Baked Cheese Fondue

List of Ingredients
- 6 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 + 1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 scallion,sliced,white and green pieces separated
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dried herbes de Provence
- 1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Toasted French bread slices and red and green grapes,optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1/3 cup Gruyere, Swiss cheese, white pieces of scallion, parsley, garlic, herbes de Provence and nutmeg.
- Spread in shallow 2 1/2 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Gruyere. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with remaining scallion. Serve with bread and grapes.
