    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus, steamed
    • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus additional for sprinkling
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    • salt and pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Steam and chop asparagus.
    2. Add to remaining ingredients and mix; pour into baking dish.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until slightly brown and bubbly.
    4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.


    5. Serve hot with lightly toasted bread rounds.
