    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    • 1 lb. mild Italian Sausage, casing removed
    • 1/4 lb. Geneoa Salami
    • 1 egg
    • Bread Crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Chop mushroom stems.
    2. Blend all ingredients. Bread crumbs as needed,.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
