Spinach Balls

List of Ingredients
- 2 (10oz.) bags frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Bake at 300 degrees 30 minutes.
- (Can be frozen, bake 35-40 minutes)
