    Ricotta Cheese Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs
    • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese (small container)
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 cups flour
    • iCING
    • 1 box confectioners' sugar
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 2 Tbs. butter
    • 1 3 ox. pkg. cream cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cream all ingredients, except flour and baking soda.
    2. Put in flour and baking soda 1 cup at a time.
    3. Put on ungreased baking sheets by teaspoon, 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees or brown bottom.
    4. Combine all icing ingredients and ice cookies.
