List of Ingredients
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 2 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes with chilis
- 2 pounds coarsely ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot in order listed.
Stir once. Cover; cook on low 10 to 12 hours (high: 5 to 6 hours)
