    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can light red kidney beans
    • 1 can dark red kidney beans
    • 2 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes with chilis
    • 2 pounds coarsely ground chuck, browned and drained
    • 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot in order listed.
      Stir once. Cover; cook on low 10 to 12 hours (high: 5 to 6 hours)
