Garlic Broiled Fish Fillets

- 2 sole or flounder fillets, fresh
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- paprika
Instructions
- Arrange the fish in a single layer on a broiler pan.
- In a small bowl combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano. Sprinkle with paprika.
- broil the fish without turning it, about 4 inches from heat source, spooning pan juices over it every 2 minutes for 6 to 8 minutes.
