    Pecan Crusted Dijon Tilapia

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 tilapia filets
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 14 cup Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • 1 cup finely chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Spread butter on metal baking pan. Place fillets on pan.
    2. Combine mayo and Dijon and spread on fillets.
    3. Sprinkle with pecans.
    4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes unless fillets are extra large, then add about 2 minutes.
