List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs. spareribs, cut in 2 inch pieces across the bone
- 2 Tbs. dry sherry
- 4 Tbs. dark soy
- 6 Tbs. cider vinegar
- 6 Tbs. sugar
- 10 Tbs. water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large skillet, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Uncover, turn up heat and toss ribs until glazed.
Drain fat.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
