    Recipe Introduction


    A complete package of veal, pork and wooden skewers can be bought at the market. The meat can be cut into smaller squares, than put in the package.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package veal and pork cubes (2 lbs.)
    • Salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    • Flavored bread crumbs (1 cup)
    • 2 or 3 eggs, well beaten with a little milk
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • Wooden skewers


    Instructions


    1. Cut pork and veal into pieces, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place 4 or 5 pieces on skewer, dip in beaten egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
    2. Fry in oil till browned. Remove from pan and bake in oven for about 1 hour at 350 degrees or until tender.
