Meatballs

(use with Marinara sauce recipe in book)
List of Ingredients
1 pound lean beef
1 pound lean pork
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 fresh parsley sprigs, leaves only
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
minced onion (use as much as you would like)
1 can beef brothRecipe
Chop beef and pork together. Chop the garlic and parsley together. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Make meatballs about 1 inch across. Bake at 425 degrees about 15 minutes on a cookie sheet in beef broth.
