Orzo Gratin

10 oz. uncooked orzo pasta, 1 1/2 cups
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, 2 cups halved
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup white wine
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
Cook orzo according to pkg. directions; drain. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 1 1/2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray. Combine orzo, butter, tomatoes, mozzarella, wine, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir in parmesan. Transfer mixture to baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
