    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz. spaghetti
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1tsp. Jane's Krazy Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Jane's Krazy Pepper
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 2 cups heavy or lite cream
    • 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
    • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    • grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook spaghetti and drain.
    2. In a large frying pan melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings.
    3. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat.
    4. Stir in chicken broth and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
    5. Add pasta, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, or a greased 3 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
