Chicken Tetrazzini

List of Ingredients
- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1tsp. Jane's Krazy Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Jane's Krazy Pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy or lite cream
- 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- In a large frying pan melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings.
- Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat.
- Stir in chicken broth and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
- Add pasta, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, or a greased 3 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
