    List of Ingredients




    2 chickens, quartered, each about 3 lbs.
    Salt and pepper
    1/2 cup butter
    1 can (6oz) frozen concentrated lemonade, thawed
    6 cups of corn flakes, crushed into crumbs

    Recipe



    Wash chicken, pat dry, sprinkle on all sides with salt and pepper. Place chicken pieces in bowl and por lemonade over. Stir to coat all pieces, let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Drain and roll pieces in crumbs, coating each completely. Brush a shallow baking pan with butter. Place pieces in pan and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is easily pierced and richly browned.
