List of Ingredients
2 pkg. Ramen noodles ( I used chicken flavor and used 1 pkg. of the seasoning) break into small pieces
2 oz. sesame seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 stick butter
Salad:
2 heads of bok choy or romaine
1 bunch scallions
Dressing:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. soy sauceRecipe
Saute Ramen noodle mixture together with butter. Chop bok choy or romaine and scallions. Bring dressing ingredients to a boil for 1 minute. Refrigerate. Mix together before serving.
