Lemon Caesar Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
- 3 Tbsps. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Anchovy paste
- 1 tsp. white worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- SALAD
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
- 4 ozs. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 1/2 cups homemade croutons
Instructions
- In medium bowl using wire whisk, blend all dressing ingredients.
- Gradually add oil, whisking constantly until smooth.
