Spring Greens with Balsamic & Blue Chees

List of Ingredients
- 1 or 2 bags of spring greens
- 1 cup of toasted walnuts, 1 cup or less cranraisins
- Blue Cheese
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsps. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed ( I use more)
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Put salad greens in a large salad bowl. Add toasted walnuts and blue cheese over top of salad. Add cranraisins.
- In bowl add all ingredients for salad dressing. Whisk until all ingredients are well blended.
- Toss with salad and serve immediately.
Final Comments
Toast walnuts in oven at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. (Watch so they do not burn)
