Taco Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 small can black olives, sliced
- 1/2 pound diced sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, washed, drained, and chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef, browned, crumbled and drained (add taco seasoning while browning meat)
- 1/2 package of taco seasoning
- 1 16-oz. bottle Catalina salad dressing
- 1 7-oz. bag taco-flavored corn chips, crushed
Instructions
- Combine the tomatoes, olives, cheese, onion, lettuce, and ground beef in a large bowl.
- Add the entire bottle of salad dressing and mix well.
- Just before serving, add the taco chips, tossing to combine with the other ingredients.
- Serve with garlic bread
