Tomato, Caper, Olive&Blue Cheese Salad

List of Ingredients
- 6 large tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps. balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tbsps. olive oil
- 1/2 cup Kalamata oilives, halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbsps. capers
- 4 anchovies (optional), drained and chopped
- fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Arrange tomatoes on large platter. Drizzle with vinegar, then oil.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and generously with pepper. Sprinkle with olives, blue cheese, capers and anchovies.
- If desired, garnish with basil leaves.
