    List of Ingredients


    • 3 tablespoons of butter
    • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
    • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
    • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    • 2 bags fresh baby spinach


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in deep saute pan medium heat until slightly browned.
    2. Reduce heat to med-low. Add hazelnuts, onion, and garlic; cook 4 minutes.
    3. Add spinach to pan, one bag at a time, stirring until spinach is wilt4ed, 5-8 minutes.
    4. Salt and pepper to taste.
