    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (2lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    • 2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    • 2 cups of sour cream
    • 1 can cream chicken soup
    • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
    • 1/2 stick butter, melted
    • salt @ pepper
    • 2 cups corn flakes cereal, crushed
    • 1 stick butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
    2. Lightly butter 7x10 inch dish
    3. Combine first 6 ingredients. Season with salt & pepper. Put in dish.
    4. Mix corn flakes with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
    5. Bake for 45 minutes.
