List of Ingredients
- 1 (2lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- salt @ pepper
- 2 cups corn flakes cereal, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Lightly butter 7x10 inch dish
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Season with salt & pepper. Put in dish.
- Mix corn flakes with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
