    Recipe Introduction


    One of the best delights we experienced while stationed in Rota Spain. An appetizer (Tappa) enjoyed many times at Don Quixote's


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 LBS cubed meat (Pork, Chicken or Lamb)
    • 1/2 Tsp salt
    • 1 Tbs Cumin
    • 1 Tsp Cilantro
    • 1 Tsp Turmeric
    • 4 Cloves Garlic, crushed or minced
    • 1/2 Tbs Curry powder
    • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 Tsp Powdered Ginger
    • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
    • 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
    • 1 Tbs Red vinegar
    • 2 Tbs Olive oil
    • Juice of 1 Lemon


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 to 48 hours.
    2. Fry in Olive oil. Enjoy!
