Recipe Introduction
One of the best delights we experienced while stationed in Rota Spain. An appetizer (Tappa) enjoyed many times at Don Quixote's
List of Ingredients
- 2 LBS cubed meat (Pork, Chicken or Lamb)
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- 1 Tsp Cilantro
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 4 Cloves Garlic, crushed or minced
- 1/2 Tbs Curry powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Powdered Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
- 1 Tbs Red vinegar
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 to 48 hours.
- Fry in Olive oil. Enjoy!
