Pineapple Cheesy Casserole

Recipe Introduction
A Warm fabulous comfort food for anytime. My Daughters favorite. So easy she can make it at her early age of 12. Serve as a side dish or a dessert with vanilla icecream.
List of Ingredients
- 2-12 oz or 16 oz cans of Chunk Pineapple, Drained
- 1/8-1/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 stack Ritz Crackers crushed
- 1 stick plus 2 Tbs butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In lg bowl mix all dry ingredients. (flour, sugars )
- Grate in cheese, mixing together.
- Add drained pineapple, fold altogether.
- Transfer to a 2 Qt Casserole dish.
- Top with crushed Ritz cracker.
- Melt butter and pour over top of crackers.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Final Comments
Enjoy this delicious dish warm or cold. Serves 8
