    Fabulouse Frozen Dessert. Make this a day ahead of time.

    *Not the cake version*

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (of your choice)
    1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheeze, softened
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    1 can cherry pie filling.

    Recipe



    Combine flour, butter, brown sugar, and nuts in bowl: mix well.Spread in 8 inch square pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes; cool. Crumble into 13 x 9 inch serving dish. (I use a 2 qt. casserole dish).

    Blend cream cheeze, confectioners sugar, and vanilla together into a large bowl. Fold whipped cream mixture into cheeze mixture. Spoon over crust. Top with pie filling. Freeze over night.

    12 servings.

    Variations: Instead of using cherry pie filling, try other pie fillings such as blueberry, black rasberry, strawberry or apple. Taste great!
