    This is more of a How to than a recipe. But youll enjoy every steak from here on out if you follow this simple prepration method to just about any cut of steak you may prefer.



    List of Ingredients




    Steak (your preference of cut) best if at least 1 inch
    Salt and Pepper
    paper towel
    Good Pan. (Grilling pan for that Marked taste)if desired.
    Oil for cooking.
    Any additional seasoning you may like.

    Recipe



    1. Simply dry your cut of steak with the paper towel on both sides.

    2. Season both sides with salt and pepper rubbing it in a bit. Let set for 10 minutes or so.

    3. Heat pan very hot. Place cuts of steak in pan being sure to not place meat to close together. This will prevent your meat from steaming and allow that great searing we all want. Give your steak a few minutes on one side without moving. 3 -4 minutes or more is great depending on how you like it cooked (rare to meadium or well done)

    4. Never use a knife or any piercing object to test or turn your steaks. That will cause the juices to escape which we dont want. (I use a wooden tong to turn mine).

    5. When desired doneness is reached remove steak and always allow it to rest. (I rest mine for at least 5 minutes) *Now keep in mind your meat may cook a little longer fresh out of the pan so keep that in mind when considering how done you really want it.

    6. Follow these simple steps for both indoors or out on the grill and you will enjoy a perfectly delicious steak every time.
