This will make 2 9-inch double crusted pies
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 cups Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water (ice cold)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar and salt.
- Cut in Crisco until crumbly.
- Add slightly beaten egg and water.
- Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Divide into quarters.
- Roll each out for a crust.
