- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups diced rhubarb
Instructions
- Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour.
- Stir in rhubarb
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Serve warm with whipped cream
