    One of those Dishes I classify as ..Not for those who have trouble sharing.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pastry shell (9 inch) partially baked
    • 1 Tbls Butter
    • 2 Tbls Shallots, minced
    • 1 cup Crabmeat
    • 1 Tbls Flour
    • 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded/divided
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1 cup Half n Half
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • Dash White pepper or Hot pepper sauce
    • Dash Nutmeg
    • Minced Parsley


    Instructions


    1. Partially bake 9 inch Pastry shell
    2. Saute shallots in butter untill tender, about 2 minutes, mix with crabmeat and flour. Set aside.
    3. Sprinkle 3/4 cup swiss cheese in bottom of pastry shell
    4. Spread in crabmeat mixture
    5. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup swiss cheese.
    6. Beat together eggs, half n half, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley. Pour into pastry shell.
    7. Bake 25 - 30 minutes in a 350 oven.
    8. Serves 6-8.
