List of Ingredients
2/3 C sliced carrot
1/2 C diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
3 C fat free broth (chicken, beef, veggie)
1-1/2 C diced green cabbage
1/2 green beans
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced zucchini
Recipe
Saute carrot, onion, and galic over low heat until softened about 5 min, Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer covered about 15 min or until beans are tender. Stir in zucchini and heat for 3-4 min. Serve hot.
