Recipes in Memory of Susan Makidon Bibeau

These receipes are from Susan Makidon Bibeau's Recipe Box and are listed here in her memory. Susan died Janury 27, 2003 after a long illness and a failed kidney. I gave her my kidney October 11, 2001 and although it worked for a while the anti-rejection drugs were not a match for the new kidney and it stopped working only a week or so after the transplant. One of the many things Sue will be remembered for is her love of cooking and experimenting with new recipe ideas.
