Baked Stuffed French Toast

Recipe Introduction
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
List of Ingredients
- 4 Large Slices Sourdough Bread -cubed
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese - cubed
- 1 Large Granny Smith Apple (peeled & chopped)
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 - 3 Tablespoons Sifted Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Place half of Bread cubes in 11 x 7 ungreased pan
- Cover with all of the Cream Cheese cubes
- Sprinkle with the chopped apple
- Top with remaining Bread cubes
- Beat eggs, milk and cinnamon together
- Pour over Bread mixture
- Bake 35 minutes or until set
- Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar
